FMP ideas

Ive always loved looking at optical illusion patterns that have been created through grapghic design and it could be an idea for my FMP. I could create my own illusion inspired by others and use it as an album cover, poster or could even use it for the branding and packaging of a product. I also love working in 3D so it would be cool to make a 3D sculpture that is an illusion i itself depending on how you look at it (sculptues that are made up of separate bits but when standing at the right angle it all comes together). I would research famous artists and learn the processes. Im also inspired by optical illusion videos that make people hallucinate and see things after staring at it. I could have a go at making an animation that could have the same results.

Another interest of mine is Marvel films as i love how all the films are part of one cinematic universe and the references that are included in all of them. To work this into graphic design i could make some form of promotional poster for a film or logo design. I could produce an animation of the logo which could be used at the beggining of the film.

I am also very interested in geography and the species that are becoming endangered because of the globalised world such as orangutans. For my FMP i could craete a charity/awareness poster on the destruction of urangutan habiats for things like palm oil. From these i could also create the branding and packaging for an environmentally friendly product that is agaist the use of these ingeredients. These products could include shampoo, maragrine or ice cream.
